I’m not a psychopath, Anderson, I’m a high-functioning sociopath, do your research.

I have found myself quite sick over the last week and have indulged myself on lots of Netflix watching. While I have made my way through the likes of “How I Met Your Mother” and “Friday Night Lights”, the series that has seriously grabbed me is the BBC’s “Sherlock” staring Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman.

In the first 15 minutes of the show, I was hooked. It was THAT GOOD. By the time I had finished the three 1.5 hour episodes, I was declaring my undying love for Cumberbatch.

It certainly got me thinking about going back and rereading old Sherlock Holmes stories. I was forced to read some of them in college, but it never really struck my fancy. But perhaps putting it in modern times and adding a handsome fella as the lead has sparked a new interest. =)

I love Sherlock! BBC makes everything better.

    • I lived for awhile in London and I sometimes wonder if I had a bias about these sort of things. There’s something about a British accent that automatically gives them more credibility than an American one. But this series is absolutely great and I’m glad to see so many others agree!
